This document, the Salon Wax Supplies Terms and conditions (the “Terms and conditions”), is a legal document that details your rights and obligations with respect to your use of the salonwaxsupplies.com website (“Site”). The Site, its works, content, materials and designs, as well as the products, designs and services we offer to you via our Site, are conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms and conditions, without modification, and our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated into the Terms and conditions by this reference).
Your Account
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We do not sell products for children, but rather to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other, permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use Salon Wax Supplies only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Eligibility to Purchase
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
You select a product and add it to Shopping Bag. Before any final order, you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order and its total price, and to correct any potential errors, before confirming that order. When you place your order, we will ask you to fill out an order form, providing information, including your personal data, in certain mandatory fields so that we can receive your order.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Your order will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms & Conditions.
We also reserve the right to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
If you are paying with a credit card or similar payment system you will be charged at the moment when your ordered items are shipped. In case that we cannot process the order for the reason mentioned above you will not be charged. In case that payment system processor charges you at the time of order placing you will be fully refunded.
Pricing & Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the Website are accurate, there may be cases where errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and, give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or have detail or description errors we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you in regards to our out of stock orders we will cancel these within 48 hours and you will receive a full refund.
Payment
You can choose to pay with PayPal or with a debit or credit card.
When selecting the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Salon Wax Supplies.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American, Express, Maestro and Diners cards. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time customers, we only ship to the billing address.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
All transactions on this website are processed using, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Delivery
Your Salon Wax Supplies products will be delivered to your specified delivery address. It is to be understood that no delivery can be made to P.O. boxes. Delivery will be made to the address provided when the order was placed and after the payment of the order amount has been recorded. Your order will be delivered via shipping company according to the delivery terms of the shipping company. The only responsibility of Salon Wax Supplies is to deliver all ordered items to shipping company in next working days after placing the order. We require a signature for our products delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Salon Wax Supplies, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. If possible Salon Wax Supplies will notify you of shipment tracking number so you can track your shipment online.
The rates for delivery are calculated based on shipping address.
Salon Wax Supplies is NOT responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Salon Wax Supplies Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
